TOS and FAQ
FAQs:
Q: Refunds and payment?
See my TOS for refund policy. For pieces going from $1-$30 payment is upfront. Pieces up from $30 can be paid half at the beginning and half at the end. Payment is done over e-transfer.Q: Why does fanart say "mostly"?
A: I am okay with making fanart depending on what it's for. If it's in violation of what I won't do, then the offer will be declined.Q: What is your drawing process?
A: I use pencil or pen for the sketching stages. After sketching, I either go over it digitally or draw over the sketch in ink and paint.Q: What do you offer to returning customers?
A: I offer a 20% discount to reoccurring customers and give them priority on the waitlist.Q: How long does a piece usually take?
A: Depends on the size of the piece. A small piece like a bust is usually 1-3 days, but a fullbody full colour piece could take over 2 weeks. Time could variate a bit due to mental health and availability.Q: Can you do specific styles?
A: Yes! While it depends on what it is, I'm open for anything.Q: What does PWYW mean?
A: PWYW means Pay What You Want. You suggest a price you can do, and I work accordingly for that price.Q: Are you willing to send your traditional art via shipping?
A: I am only able to ship traditional art in Canada. I will charge extra to send it (based on Canada Post rates), but it isn't required and pictures of the art will be provided.
